How To Apply
for Admission

Dolphin STEM Academy is a selective online private school. We carefully review each admissions application and partner with you to create a learning path. To apply for admission, follow the simple steps below. Please note, in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), an adult 18 years old or older must complete and submit any application or registration forms.

Steps to follow

1. Complete and submit the enrollment application with the following documents:

  • Birth certificate
  • Academic transcripts, report cards, and/or school reports
  • Dolphin STEM Academy request for student records form
  • Florida residents: Please note that state regulations require Florida residents to submit Form DH 680 Florida Certification of Immunization which can be obtained and completed by a Florida physician or a county health department, or Form DH 681 Religious Exemption From Immunization which can be obtained from a Florida county health department.  Rule 64D-3.046, Florida Administrative Code.

2. Schedule an online meeting or phone call with your assigned admissions counselor to review transcripts and create an educational plan.

3. Upon acceptance into Dolphin STEM Academy, pay the required tuition and fees.

4. Receive a welcome packet including the login details for our online learning portal.

Technology Requirements

Technology requirements for our online curriculum include a high-speed internet connection, speakers, and a microphone. Access to word processing software such as Google Docs or Microsoft Word may be necessary in some courses. Your Dolphin STEM Academy username and password will allow you to login to our online learning portal which is available 24/7. Our learning portal is filled with a vibrant mix of engaging lessons, games and activities, assignments, quizzes, and assessments.
